Ms. Plon is an experienced commercial litigator who focuses on real estate and business litigation.  She has successfully represented a wide range of clients that include real estate owners, business owners, condominium associations, commercial lenders, asset management companies, and property management companies.  Ms. Plon extensive experience also includes lease enforcement, collections, eviction and ejectment actions, quiet title matters, mortgage foreclosures, and condominium disputes.  Ms. Plon also has extensive experience representing the interests of commercial landlords and lenders in bankruptcy court and has been admitted pro hac vice in various federal district courts throughout the country. Her knowledge and experience in assisting creditors from inception through collection makes her a particularly valuable advocate for any creditor.  

Ms. Plon is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.  She frequently presents lectures to real estate owners, managers, and lawyers.
