Peter A. Lesser is the architect and managing partner of what is today Sirlin Lesser & Benson, P.C., a boutique law firm designed around a spoke and wheel concept for real estate owners providing integrated analysis to assist in many facets of decision making for our real estate and business clients. Mr. Lesser’s approach to commercial litigation incorporates a thoughtful cost/benefit analysis from case inception that involves his clients in the design and strategies employed to achieve specific goals. Mr. Lesser brings almost thirty years of litigation and business law experience to developing the strategy for every case.
Mr. Lesser is counsel for a wide range of real estate and business clients including owners, asset managers, property managers and leasing agents for many of the most successful commercial, office, retail and residential landlords in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Among other things, Mr. Lesser negotiates and drafts leases, agreements of sale and designs documentation to resolve complex disputes for owners, developers, managers and brokers. During his career, Mr. Lesser has handled thousands of cases in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, the Superior Court of Appeals in Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Federal District Court, Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Court and Superior Court of New Jersey.
