Christopher R. King is a commercial litigator at Sirlin Lesser & Benson, P.C., with more than 15 years experience representing commercial property owners, asset managers, landlords, developers, and business owners in complex-commercial disputes. Chris is known for his pragmatic and cost-conscious approach. He partners closely with his clients and tailors litigation strategies to align with their operational and financial goals. Chris regularly represents clients in state and federal courts across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York.

 

Prior to joining Sirlin Lesser & Benson, Chris worked at a boutique commercial litigation firm specializing in representing businesses and business owners in commercial contract disputes, shareholder litigation, insurance disputes, and a wide array of transactional matters.

 

While attending  Widener University, Delaware School of Law, Chris graduated with high honors, demonstrating strong academic achievement. He served on the highly respected Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. During law school, Chris also gained valuable judicial experience as an intern to the Honorable Susan Peikes Gantman of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
